Locația, curățenia, plaja la doua minute, de bun gust totul.

Super Lage, extrem nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und hat direkten Blick aufs Meer. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Es war ein toller Urlaub, die Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön und nicht komplett überlaufen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Es blieben keine Wünsche offen!

We booked very last minute when our flight home was cancelled at 10pm, the host messaged me straight away and was waiting for us with the key. The house was beautiful with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and fully functioning kitchen and washing machine. Short walk over to the beach and stunning views from the balcony. Was sad to leave.

"I had the most wonderful stay at Thalia Villa in Mykonos! The villa's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provided ample space for our group, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view over the sea – every morning, I woke up to the most stunning sunrise, and the evenings were equally enchanting with the tranquil sound of waves. The villa's proximity to Lia Beach was a major plus, as we could easily walk down to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores. The overall ambiance was serene and relaxing, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The amenities were modern and well-maintained, and the attentive staff made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. I highly recommend Thalia Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in Mykonos!"

· The host was excellent and always quick to respond to any questions and happy to help. We liked the location of the villa: right by the Lia beach, you could see the beach from the terrace as it's only 5 minutes' walk away. It was easy to find the villa but it's certainly good to have a car to get there and also to explore the island. There is private outside parking at the house.
The Lia beach is peaceful and not crowded, which is nice. There is a beach club and a restaurant too. And on some days if you felt like being somewhere more lively you could drive to the other beaches which are only a short drive away.
The villa is beautifully decorated. There are three bedrooms, two with air conditioning, and the third one has a ceiling fan which helps a bit, but if outside temperatures are high, the room is hot at night even with the window open. There is no air conditioning in the living area but it can be well aired with keeping the terrace door open as well as the kitchen window (both have mosquito nets).There are two full bathrooms which is great, one en-suite (wc, sink, shower) and another separate bathroom (wc, sink, shower) with a washing machine. There is also an outside shower for getting sand off after the beach.
The kitchen is very good, with a big fridge & freezer and a dishwasher. We made nice meals every day and it was comfortable to cook in the kitchen. But if you are a fan of grilling, you should know that there is no barbecue. The terrace is spacious and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening having dinner by the big table. There are many properties close to each other but the villa we stayed in was probably one of the most private ones.
Overall our stay was excellent and we would warmly recommend staying at the villa.

La casa era Preciosa, muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y estar cómodos. La vista frente al mar espectacular. Camas cómodas, temperatura perfecta.El anfitrión estuvo todo el tiempo ayudándonos con el trasporte, arriendo de auto, pedir comida por Delivery, nos facilitó sombrillas para la playa y lentes para el agua. Realmente muy recomendable.

Great location by nice and quiet beach. Very spacious, clean and new appartment, with an amazing view from the terrace. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful quiet setting 100 metres from the beach and beach club. Peter the host was incredible. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we had everything we needed from beach chairs to breakfast to transportation. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back

Huge space, perfect for larger families.

the suite was nice and clean, well equipped. It is located near Lia beach, you can see while sitting in the terrace. It is 2 mins by foot.

The location of the accommodation was wonderful and there was a wonderful view to the sea. Lia beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island and is 3 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. The owners were very feverish and we had everything we needed immediately. We will definitely be back for our next stay!

L'appartamento è nuovissimo e dotato di qualsiasi elettrodomestico.
I proprietari gentilissimi, abbiamo avuto un problema con il frigorifero e ci è stato subito sostituito
La vista sul mare è eccezionale.
E la spiaggia di Lia è a mio avviso tra le più belle di mykonos.

Appartamento fantastico con vista su lia beach….tutto nuovissimo, ci sono tutti i tipi di elettrodomestici, il proprietario è fantastico, persona disponibilissima.

La posizione con vista sul mare é molto bella, a soli 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Lia Beach.
L’accoglienza, l’educazione e le attenzioni di Peter, il figlio del proprietario, sono state oltre le aspettative.
Il complesso è molto tranquillo e sicuro.
La casa é pulita e fornita di tutti i comfort.

Vicinissima a piedi a una delle più belle spiagge. Casa architettonicamente curata.
